Sourcewell, issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB), to provide Indefinite Quantity Construction Contracting (IQCC) services to, Sourcewell Members and eligible public bodies including all government agencies, education agencies such as colleges and universities, and non-profit agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Each contract will have an initial term of one year and bilateral option provision for two additional one-year terms. The Estimated Annual Value per contract is $2,000,000.00. Book 1: Project Information, and Instructions to Bidders IQCC is a contracting procurement system that provides facility owner’s access to contractors that provide construction, repair and renovation services over an extended period of time. |
